FIND CALM with herbs and yoga – An event in collaboration with Karoline at Karoline’s way of life and Jessica at Simply Soul.  An evening you do just for you; with yoga, relaxation and herbs that calm the nervous system.

 

Part 1 – Calming Herbs & Natural Stress Relief

Karoline shares her knowledge of how nature’s own ingredients can support the body during stress. You will learn about herbs that calm, strengthen and help the body find its way back to balance – perfect for the darker time of winter and all the Christmas must-haves. During the evening, you will also get to taste different soothing herbs in the form of tea, and experience their calming effect directly in the body.

 

Part 2 – Sensing Yoga & Yoga Nidra

With new knowledge and the soothing herbal teas in your body, you will then follow Jessica into the yoga room. Here, a calm and grounding moment awaits with Sensing Yoga – safe, intuitive movements that help the body let go and calm the mind. Create security in the nervous system so that the stress can pass. The evening ends with a longer yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) with the theme “Relax – and let the calm remain.”

You go home with:

knowledge about how you can use herbs as support in everyday life to calm the nervous system

  • a body that breathes a little easier
  • a nervous system that has been given the security to rest

 

Price:  595 SEK including tasting of several herbal teas, lecture on herbs for stress approx. 1 hour, yoga approx. 1 hour.  Possibility of partial payment.
